In many industries "leadership agility" has been a focus for over nearly two decades. The rate of change has been increasing in society significantly and industries like communication, transportation and technology have had to be agile to respond if they wanted to survive. However, for many leading in other spaces agile leadership has only begun to break in as an important area of focus. There are skills we can practice in order to become a more agile leader. The current crisis we are facing thrusts us all into this sphere in order to lead effectively.
